Wills & Estates
Your estate consist of all your property, which includes your house and other real estate; tangible personal property and intangible property, like insurance, bank accounts, stocks, bonds, pensions, etc. Estate planning is planning for your estate while you are alive and the distribution of those assets after you die. This planning allows for the regulated administration and disbursement of your estate and includes taking actions that will minimize taxes and distribute assets to the appropriate heirs. We will be pleased to make sure that your last wills and estate planning go as you wish.
A Power of attorney is a written authorization to serve or act on another’s behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matters, sometimes against the wishes of the other’s. Statutory Declarations and Affidavits are formal documents that contain statements of fact. They are different from simple letters, in that you sign them only after swearing or affirming that the facts set out in the documents are true as if you were in court.
If you need a statutory declaration or affidavit drafted and/or sworn, we are glad to do so.
